Do you have picky eaters in your home? Are you trying to get in more greens? Look, I’ve got a SIMPLE and QUICK recipe for you! It’s all about Bacon & Brussels Sprouts.
What You Need for your Bacon & Brussels Sprouts Recipe:
- 1 pack Brussel sprouts (approximately 2 cups once sliced in half)
- 6 strips of bacon
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Dash of salt (optional)
- Cracked black pepper
What to do:
- Wash the Brussel sprouts
- Cut the bottom stems off of the Brussel sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise
- Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and cover with olive oil
- Add a dash of salt and cracked black pepper
- Mix/toss well
- Cover with the bacon (place the strips directly on top of the Brussel sprouts)
- Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes on 370 degrees
- Enjoy!!!
Note: You can remove the bacon and serve the dish without it, the sprouts will still taste just like bacon! Delicious!
