Do you have picky eaters in your home? Are you trying to get in more greens? Look, I’ve got a SIMPLE and QUICK recipe for you! It’s all about Bacon & Brussels Sprouts.

What You Need for your Bacon & Brussels Sprouts Recipe:

  • 1 pack Brussel sprouts (approximately 2 cups once sliced in half)
  • 6 strips of bacon
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Dash of salt (optional)
  • Cracked black pepper


What to do:

  1. Wash the Brussel sprouts
  2. Cut the bottom stems off of the Brussel sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and cover with olive oil
  4. Add a dash of salt and cracked black pepper
  5. Mix/toss well
  6. Cover with the bacon (place the strips directly on top of the Brussel sprouts)
  7. Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes on 370 degrees
  8. Enjoy!!!

Note: You can remove the bacon and serve the dish without it, the sprouts will still taste just like bacon! Delicious!
