A quick vegan snack packed with protein.

Ingredients/Steps:

  1. Wash & slice an organic pear or apple
  2. Cover slices in raw, all natural peanut or almond butter
  3. Top with heaping spoon of hemp shells
  4. Eat and Enjoy!

Alternatively: can use a banana, any other nut butter, and top with chia!
