What you need:

  • 1 cup organic pureed pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (I used unsweetened vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • handful of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground pumpkin spice (optional if you prefer a stronger pumpkin flavour like I do)

Note: if you don’t want your smoothie too thick, you can increase the amount of almond milk to 1 cup or add water.

What to do: Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
