Today I have an AMAZING recipe to share with you all, courtesy of my friend Rose. Rose is super passionate about sharing her delicious gluten-free creations with others. You know when someone has an amazing discovery, gets a huge benefit from something, feels amazing and just wants to help others get there too? That’s how Rose feels about spreading her knowledge when it comes to gluten free creations.

Below is her amazingly delicious and simple recipe (we’re all about the simple here) for gluten free banana muffins! Let’s spread some energetic love and gratitude to Rose for sharing her recipe and knowledge when it comes to being DELICIOUSLY gluten free!

 

GLUTEN-FREE BANANA MUFFINS

3 very ripe bananas – mashed
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

3 tbsp butter melted
2 eggs
1 ¼ cup ground flaxseed
½ cup sugar

Mix first 3 ingredients together in large bowl
Let sit for 15 minutes or until doubled

Add remainder of ingredients and mix together with fork

Optional – chocolate chips, nuts

Grease muffin tins or line with cupcake liners
Bake 350F approx 20-30 minutes..muffins bounce back when touched
