Ingredients:
- 6 mashed ripe bananas
- 1 cup almond flour
- Sprinkled cinnamon (ground)
- 3-5 tbsp chia seeds
- 5 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats (optional)
Steps:
- In a large bowl mash the peeled bananas
- Add the almond flour, whisking until no trace of it is visible
- Add your desired amount of cinnamon, lightly whisk into batter
- Whisk in the gluten-free oats
- Fold in the chocolate chips
- Coconut oil in a muffin tin or on a baking sheet, spoon batter evenly out
- Bake 350 for 30-40 min
Yield is 10 muffins.
