• 6 mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • Sprinkled cinnamon (ground)
  • 3-5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 5 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats (optional)


  1. In a large bowl mash the peeled bananas
  2. Add the almond flour, whisking until no trace of it is visible
  3. Add your desired amount of cinnamon, lightly whisk into batter
  4. Whisk in the gluten-free oats
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips
  6. Coconut oil in a muffin tin or on a baking sheet, spoon batter evenly out
  7. Bake 350 for 30-40 min

Yield is 10 muffins.
