My Favourite Oven – Easy Vegetable Combinations
I am not going to sugar coat it. I hate taking a ton of time in the kitchen to make meals. However, I do love to eat, and eating nutritiously is important to me.
That’s why I am sharing a few of my favorite quick oven ready veggie dishes with you.
For all of these, you just want to drizzle olive oil in the pan, put the washed and chopped veggies into the oven pan, cover with more olive oil and then sprinkle some cracked black pepper ontop and toss into the oven for approximately 10 minutes on 350 degrees to bake.
• Yellow Bell Peppers
• Orange Bell Peppers
• Red Bell Peppers
• Portabello Mushrooms
• Tomato (optional)
You can wrap a few asparagus with one piece of prosciutto holding it together.
