Clearly, I’m in awe of the deliciousness that is gluten free sweets. Here’s a recipe that’s super simple (we love that here) and tastes delicious! Of course, I’m super into the protein content coming from the peanut butter. Hey, I’d you are going to have a treat… do it right!

Peanut Butter Cookies Gluten Free – no Flour

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup smooth Gluten Free peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 whole egg

Believe it or not – this is all it takes – don’t add anything else!

Preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl with a wooden spoon beat peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add egg and mix well.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 350F –12 – 15 minutes

 

Enjoy being gorgeously gluten (and dairy) free!
